We believe learning goes beyond our classes. We hope that you can take what you've learned with Chicago Women's Health Center and use it in your life to create a healthier relationship with yourself, healthier relationships with others, and healthier communities. Assata's Daughters

Assata’s Daughters is a Black woman-led, youth-directed organization that provides programming to deepen, escalate, and sustain the Black Liberation movement. They provide services for, run political education programs for, and organize for and with young people, particularly young Black people.

Chicago Freedom School

Chicago Freedom School

Chicago Freedom School has youth programs and trainings that support young people (ages 14-21) in becoming critical thinkers, organizers, facilitators, and activists through studying the work of past and current movements and using healing practices to intervene in cycles of violence.

Students Strike Back

Students Strike Back are CPS students who attend neighborhood high schools on the SW side of Chicago. They organize to demand a just, well-funded educational system for all Chicago students, especially marginalized students who have been the most hurt by cuts to education funding. They have been organizing recently around #CopsOutCPS.

A Long Walk Home Girl/Friends Leadership Institute

A Long Walk Home works to end gender violence and racism. Their Girl/Friends Leadership Institute is a year-long arts and activism program that empowers Black girls from Chicago to find their creative voices and advocate for justice in their schools, communities, and the larger city of Chicago.

Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health

The Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health (ICAH) has youth-led educational programs and organizing projects for young people, focusing on sexuality and sexual health.

Comprehensive Sex Ed Now

Comprehensive Sex Ed Now is a campaign that aims to pass legislation in Illinois for mandatory comprehensive and inclusive sex education and to help other youth do the same in their own states.

GoodKids MadCity

GoodKids MadCity is an organization of Black and Brown young people united in fighting to end violence in their cities through more resources for communities and not police. 

Chi Nations Youth Council

Chi-Nations Youth Council is a diverse group of youth and adults, with a mission to create a supportive open environment for Native Youth, to raise awareness of cultural identity and promote a healthy lifestyle through arts, activism, and education.

Black Youth Project 100

BYP100 is a member-based organization of Black youth (18-35 year-old) activists creating justice and freedom for all Black people.
