Join CWHC Health Educators to discuss all things menopause on Saturday, March 15th, 2025, from 9:30am-12pm Central! During this 2.5-hour workshop held online, we'll focus on:

• The impact of menopause on bodies, minds, and relationships

• Research throughout history

• Challenging misinformation and considering treatment options

• Both self-care and community care
