Join us on Thursday, June 6th from 6-8:30pm at Haymarket House (800 W Buena Ave in Chicago).

$45 Early Bird tickets are available through Friday, May 5th!

Tickets are available on a sliding scale at $55, $65, or $75. Every ticket at the $75 level includes a free CWHC t-shirt of your choice. All Louise’s Circle members will receive $20 in raffle tickets with any ticket purchase.

This year’s event will honor CWHC’s long-time Volunteer Medical Director, Catherine Plonka, MD. It will also feature our signature raffle (both virtual and in person), drinks, dinner, music, and more!

All proceeds will support CWHC’s continued work providing health care and health education to thousands of women, trans people, and young people across Chicago.
