Ground Floor PT is a specialty Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy clinic dedicated to building a better foundation for pelvic health. Everybody has a pelvis. Anybody with pelvic floor dysfunction can benefit from pelvic floor PT. Pelvic floor dysfunction can manifest as:

  • Pain with sex

  • Pregnancy / Postpartum

  • Leaking urine

  • Not able to control passing gas

  • Constipation

  • Not making it to the bathroom in time

  • Low abdominal cramping

  • Persistent back or hip pain that has not resolved with treatment
